We had an extremely disappointing experience with this realtor. From the start, he rushed us to accept a sale within just a week, giving us no time to weigh our options. Worse, he gave away the washer, dryer, and fridge without asking for our consent—informing us only after it was too late. It felt like he only cared about his own interests, not ours.We asked for his help with one specific task—seeing if the buyers were interested in purchasing furniture from the house—but he never followed up. There was also a significant issue with the solar company going bankrupt, which delayed closing. He claimed he “found a way for us to close anyway,” but after escrow closed, he completely disappeared.Months later, we’re still being billed $225 a month by the solar company because the lease was never transferred. We reached out to him for help, but predictably, he never responded. It’s clear that once he received his commission, we were no longer a priority.I cannot recommend this realtor. His lack of communication and disregard for his clients’ needs were incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
